What will we cover?

You've kicked the can down the road for long enough and it stops this month. We're working on an intensive intake program that will cover how you should approach handling intake in your firm. I'll be covering the details of what needs to happen whether you're fielding the calls and emails yourself, or have dedicated staff and contractors to help you with it.

What you're doing wrong

How to handle it yourself

Using contractors and receptionists

Hiring, and training intake staff

Building trust with potential clients

Turning followup into a system

What am I joining?

Intake Intensive is happeninng inside of Rosen Institute - a private membership for lawyers who are laser-focused on building the practices they deserve. Rosen Institute is built around a private Slack group, with 24/7 discussion and feedback on practice management, finance, hiring/firing, technology, and vision for your practice.

What does this cost?

As little as $249. You pay monthly and you decide how long to remain inside our premium membership area. Our note management program lasts one week. Feel free to stick around afterwards for support, advice, and input. You'll also have access to more than 100 educational courses and programs, and new material is published each week.

How much time does this take?

About 10 minutes per day. We've built this program on intake to maximize your time. Each morning, you'll get a quick, but detailed and digestable lesson on intake strategy, what to avoid, training guidelines, answering services, potential client followup, and how to build a system that converts the clients you worked so hard to attract.

How does it work?

When you sign up, you'll immediately receive an invite to our private Slack group with 275+ firm owners laser-focused on building their practices.

Inside Slack, there's a dedicated channel for the Intake Intensive program.

You'll also receive a one-tap link to subscribe to your private podcast inside your favorite podcast app. Each weekday morning, that day's lesson will appear in your podcast. Listen to it whenever is convenient, and check in on Slack for discussion and feedback.

In addition to the notes program, you'll receive Lee's weekly focus message each Monday outlining concrete steps for the next 7 days to move from working in to working on your business, as well as a members-only tech-tip each Tuesday, Q&A on Wednesday, and the Your Law Firm podcast on Thursday.

Every month, we run a special program on leveling up your practice, focusing on topics like marketing, finance, systems, vision, technology, and more.

I came across Rosen Institute during my research for help and support for my ambitious of scale my small law practice and I have found great educational material which helped me to develop my solo practice into a firm of five people.

What really changed and worked for me (key factors) were: 1) putting process in place (we are currently doing our ISO 9001/2015 for quality management system), 2) developing a vision which I share with my team and 3) counting on great support from the community.

Thanks to Rosen Institute, I now have a vision, guidance and tools which inspire me to make better decisions about growing my practice and achieving my goals.

Working with Lee, Ned and the members has helped me clarify what I want and pushed me to take action. I'm having fun and learning a ton while doing it. I've picked up ideas that have saved me months of agony that would have been required to research them myself.

It is super-motivating to be a part of the Institute.
